Data Controller

Personal data collected on this site is processed by Camil Czajkowski, publisher of the Le Chêne Patrimonial website, Courtier en Opérations d'Assurance (COA, ORIAS no. 25 00 00 16) and holder of the Carte Professionnelle Transaction Immobilière (Carte T). Data Collected

  • Contact form: name, email address, message content.
  • Appointment booking (Calendly): name, email address, chosen time slot.
  • Online wealth diagnostic: first name, last name, email address, phone number, along with the personal wealth information you enter yourself (age, family situation, dependents, professional status, income, marginal tax bracket, estimated assets, savings, debt, objectives). This information is self-declared and used solely to generate your indicative report.
  • The Oak Letter: email address, if you voluntarily subscribe.
  • Browsing data: aggregated and anonymised audience measurement, with no advertising cookies.

Purposes

  • Responding to your contact requests and organising your appointments.
  • Producing your wealth diagnostic and sending you the report you requested.
  • Maintaining the relationship and contacting you again about your request, in connection with insurance and real estate intermediation, where you have consented to this.
  • Sending you The Oak Letter, if you are subscribed.
  • Measuring site audience to improve its quality.

Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Legal Basis

  • Consent (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR) for carrying out the diagnostic, commercial follow-up contact and newsletter subscription. This consent is freely given, separate for each purpose, and can be withdrawn at any time.
  • Performance of your request (Article 6.1.b) for delivering the diagnostic report you have requested.
  • Legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f) for relationship follow-up and aggregated audience measurement.

Recipients and Processors

Your data is processed by Camil Czajkowski and by technical service providers acting as processors, solely for the purposes set out above:

  • Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France): sending emails and managing contacts. Data hosted within the European Union.
  • Vercel: site hosting. Any transfers outside the EU are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
  • Supabase: internal relationship-management tool (CRM), hosted in a European region, with restricted, authenticated access.
  • Calendly: appointment booking. A company based in the United States; transfers are governed by the standard contractual clauses and the Data Privacy Framework.

Transfers Outside the European Union

Certain providers (Calendly, Vercel) may process data outside the European Union. These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards: the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, adherence to the Data Privacy Framework.

Retention Period

  • Prospect data (contact and diagnostic outside a contractual relationship): 3 years from your last contact.
  • Newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe.
  • Browsing data: 13 months maximum.
  • Client data within a contractual relationship: in accordance with the legal obligations specific to insurance brokerage and real estate transactions, as well as anti-money-laundering obligations (retained for 5 years after the end of the relationship).

Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to its processing, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights: camil.cz@lechenepatrimonial.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

Cookies and Audience Measurement

This site does not use advertising tracking cookies. Audience measurement is carried out in an aggregated form, without cookies. Only strictly necessary technical cookies may be set, including those from the Calendly widget when you book an appointment.

Security

Data is hosted within the European Union (except for the providers listed above), transmitted in encrypted form, and accessible only by the firm, through authenticated access.
